Our 3 + 3 Classes are a breakthrough in intensive Health and Agricultural Education for rural Togo where over 75% of the people are sustenance farmers. In fact we feel that this is our "raison d'etre". Since 1996 in the Peace Corps when we had our first farmer to farmer meeting the teaching quickly evolved into 10 farmers spending 5 days at a "model farm". This subsequently changed the way a village looked at agricultural production.
